JANUARY – MARCH

  • Run 3x week
  • Lift 2x week
  • Climb 1x week
  • Get to 120# (currently 122#) – use 8 Weeks to Optimum Health book by Dr. Weill
  • Jan 18-19 – Triathlon clinic Jan 18-19
  • March 17 – Shamrock 15K
  • March 30 – Spring Classic Duathlon (my birthday!)

APRIL – JUNE

  • Wedding prep time
  • Run 3x week
  • Lift 3x week
  • Climb or Hike 1x week
  • Get to 118# (limit drinking and carbs)
  • No boot camp, no private appts, no BCEP this year unless personally requested to assist a team

JULY – SEPTEMBER

  • Hood to Coast specific training, Century specific training
  • Run 3x week / Long bike rides on weekends
  • Plan for at least one Mazama climb (Shuksan?)
  • July 6 – Hagg Lake Du/Tri
  • July 14 ~ Go Girl 10K Trail Run
  • Aug 3 – Wahine Duathlon
  • Aug 16 – Portland Century
  • Aug 23 – Hood to Coast
  • Sept 22 – Portland Triathlon

OTHER

  • Improve my soil
  • Get honeymoon moving forward
  • Continue skin care regimen
  • Pay off the rest of my debt this year.
