
Week one started the day of my birthday. I knew with only 40 days to train, I didn’t have any time to lose.
Monday – 3 miles, .50 mile repeats at 7:50-8:00mm, along the Astoria waterfront.
Thursday – 5 miles, some with my regular running partner, who is also getting back into it.
Saturday – 8 mile trail run in Forest Park. Leif Erikson plus Alder to Cherry trails loop.
